Modern Colorado Farmhouse:
This traditional farmhouse style was modernized with a round balcony loft and a spacious open floor plan. The home was designed to accommodate a growing family on an acreage, with a master laundry center and large mudroom.

Beachside at the Newport:
The design of this home was centered around capturing the lake view behind the home and bringing it in to become a part of the home. This home was built to ‘wow’ everyone who entered it, featuring a 2-story waterfall, a faux painted barrel ceiling, polygon-shaped rooms, and more.

Downtown Louisville:
This was a design-build project for a family in historic downtown Louisville. The home utilizes green building including geothermal heat and solar energy and is completely independent from natural gas. It also shows off exciting features such as a hidden bookshelf door, a back yard zipline, complex compound vaulted ceilings and circular soffits.

Park Lane:
This project was a commercial renovation of a historic hundred year old building in the down town retail district of Estes Park. Renovations included replacing old stone foundations while preserving original log wall construction.

Hillside Design:
This home was designed on a hillside property in Castle Rock, Colorado. The design was focused on capturing the amazing views to the front of the home. The home featured an upper lookout room and two separated garages.

This home was built on a property on Lake Loveland featuring an elevated concrete and steel deck and a continuous barrel ceiling running through entire home.
