HOW TO GET YOUR $10,000:

First, Here are a few things to consider:
  1. The referral will be paid upon successful execution of a Building Contract with the referred buyer and Robbins Contracting.
  2. Referrals will only be paid for new home construction, not for remodels or additions unless an exception is granted at Robbins Contracting’s discretion.
  3. You do NOT have to be a licensed Real Estate agent to qualify for this referral program.
  4. Robbins Contracting is happy to pay licensed Real Estate agents commissions and referrals as typical through standard Colorado Real Estate contracts, this referral program will not apply in addition to those commissions.
  5. Referrals for a specific buyer will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
  6. All referrals are granted at the sole discretion of Robbins Contracting on a case by case basis.
To Apply:
  1. Fill out the form below to secure your referral!
  2. We will keep you updated as we enter a Design Contract with the referred party.  Once the design of the new home is complete, we will prepare for a Building Contract with the referred buyer.
  3. Referrals will be paid upon successful execution of a Building Contract with Robbins Contracting, once this contract is in place, we’ll send you a check!
