Perfect!  We’ll have a great starting point depending what subdivision the lot is located in.  We’ll look into design criteria, requirements, soils conditions, and the covenants of the subdivision as we design your custom home for your specific lot.  We’ll visit the lot with you and look at critical design criteria and talk through how you’re going to live in the home.  We’ll gather all the information necessary and then begin to design you the luxury home of your dreams.

I own an acreage property not in a subdivision
